Through these 4 Pillars of Wellness, we will educate, motivate and encourage lifelong Wellness habits to help you reach your goals.

Hydration
Learn about the importance of maintaining adequate fluid intake, and discover how this simple change can create life changing results. From How Much, to What and Why… we will help create simple daily habits that will make a huge difference.

Nutrition
80% of weight loss or weight gain is due to what we put in our mouth. In this Pillar we will educate and provide tips and tricks on how to make the best dietary choices for you. Everyones daily nutrition choices can be so very different yet follow the same simple plan. Our program offers guidance on creating balanced meals that nourish and satisfy.

Mental Health
Gain insights into stress management, mindfulness, and emotional wellness practices. Our resources and support aim to help you achieve a healthier, more balanced mental state both in and out of work.

Movement
Whatever movement looks like for you, walking, hiking, running, strength training, CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, swimming, cycling, are a few examples, in this pillar we will help motivate and encourage consistency. Through monthly challenges and tips and tricks we hope to instill lifelong habits.
How to start my VitalPath Journey

- In this pre and post assessment you will create personal goals as well as track your progress during your VitalPath journey.

Meet your Wellness Coordinator!
"Hi, I'm Mindy. As a gym owner and personal trainer for over 15 years, I have been dedicated to promoting health and wellness. My goal for CRH is to educate, motivate and encourage daily habits to create lifelong change."
More About Me
My husband and I moved to Cody 16 years ago from Utah. We have 3 Kids, Cache (16), Bradlee (14) & Piper (10). Matt is the Athletic Director at Cody High School and coaches football. We bleed Blue & Gold through and through.
Because of our love of fitness & community about a year after we moved to Cody we joined forces with our business partners (Josh and Tammy Hays & Mike and Anna Nelson) and opened CrossFit Cody. Little did we know back then how this dream would turn into so much more than just exercise.
The 2 most important things I have learned over the years is:
- None of us can create lifelong sustainable goals without the help of others. Whether you are a group fitness junkie, like me, or a self motivator we all thrive better when we have accountability.
- CONSISTANCY. I am a big fan of the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time stay disciplined 20% of the time be flexible. None of us are perfect and will set ourselves up for failure if we try to be. Following the 80/20 rule allows us to stay mindful in making healthy choices but also understand that life will throw us curve balls and that's OK! We are 1 meal or workout or deep breath away from being back on track!!
I hope to take all that I have learned and continue learning to the CRH community and educate, motivate and encourage daily habits that will create lifelong change.
